10 Things You Should do if CPS or DCFS is Investigating You
1: Take any accusations seriously.
No matter how absurd or unbelievable the CPS/DCFS social worker’s claim(s) may seem, please understand that the social worker is dead serious, and most likely presumes – no… most likely BELIEVES that you are guilty as accused. Even if the social worker doesn’t admit that s/he is at your home to take your children, often times that IS EXACTLY why they are there. It is our experience, over 20+ years, that the majority of CPS social workers develop a cynical view of life and assume that you are UTTERLY GUILTY until YOU PROVE that you are not: the opposite of the way the “justice system” is supposed to operate.

Hi.let a say my name is Janice. .i have 2 kids and husband .We are married .I had once called police on my husband,ss was involved and they closes case …it was just an argument .after few years again I called police and again ss involved ,it was an argument .and this time ss wanted me to sign a document ,where my husband can’t live with me .I didn’t agree;then she said ok,please sign a document that volunteers will call me ,,anonymous “.ok this I did it.After some time she fhone me and talking anonymousebiut some other forms ,that I must to do .where is answer ;yes and no ..I said we’ll. ,I am living the city for my relatives..anonymousebiut fle to my origin country as my mom is unwell with kids …To school we said the same .
Here is crisis in the country and I don’t no how to go back ?I am scared maybe they went to the court (ss)or god no what can happen …I even thinking to go there alone and make a separation ..rent a new flat and after bring the kids …I trued to be in tuch with sosial worker (ss),and she writes that she left the job ! It was on what sap and she block me or delited her pic .Please ,if you can give me (right)and vice in this situation.Thank you
